Default Bluetooth autoanswer

My 650 auto answers while using the bluetooth; I have tried to use the 'disable' in the 'Prefs' section, however that options does not fix the problem. With this problem, I can not screen my calls while wearing the bluetooth earpiece.
Thanx

I think that happens when some sets are not completely compatable with the 650. What headset are you using?

Originally I used an off brand (G2) bought from ebay; it worked fine until the internal battery died. Then I used 3 different Motorola 500 headsets which have the same problem, the phone 'auto answers' when the bluetooth headset is used. Again, I have set the choice in the Preferences section ---Communication--- Handsfree--- to 'Auto answer' disable; this selection does not correct the problem. I replaced the phone due this problem, however it did not correct the error.
Thanx!

Do you have it under trusted devices? If you do delete it and reinstall it to the treo and see if that works. I have used the 500 and it worked for me.

Tried everything: 3 different motorola 500 ear pieces, 3 other ear pieces, zeroed out the data on the Treo, a different phone- all to no avail. Thanx though.

Delete the Bluetooth, re-pair it to your phone, and choose the CAR KIT option. Then you're done.
