Default bluetooth car bonding on FORD GALAXY

    Hallo everybody.
A new post from me after a long time... 2006
My Treo 650 is creating problems when connected to the SONY 6000CD radio on my Ford Galaxy.
In detail, the Treo is difficult to bond, I have to do it two or three timse, but once connected it works receiving calls, pretty well. It does work when I dial al call from the Treo, bot not when I try to use the commands on the car radio.
Also, with a completely random pattern, it disconnects and also jams my iPod USB link to the raido....
Has enybody experienced the same ?
    Thanks.

higma, Is this the new Ford system, I don't recall the name? I wondered how it would work. My 650 would sync with the command system in my 05 MBZ and upload those contacts in the quick dial memory but not those in my actual contact file. Sometimes it would take a considerable time to link with the system when I got in the car.

Yes, this is the new one as I got my car in february 2009.
The radio is a SONY, the model from FOD catalogue is 6000CD (CD charger for 6 CD's, mp3, aux-in and USB port in the glove compartment, bluetooth connection and voice control with controls on the steering wheel....

I would delete the device and reset it up as a trusted device and see if it is better. You might have already done this up it should work...I have a 755p and it works great with my gmc....

I tried many times bonding and unbonding the devise, with no success. Even after soft reset on Treo, no good connection with the car.
I will take the car to the service, as I also have problems witht he USB and AUX inputs, so maybe the problem is there and not on the Treo..
Will update the post in case anything new comes up after I take the car to the dealer.
