Are you talking about all of the Treo 650's on Buy.com or just the SprintPCS one?

I am going to assume you're reffering to the Sprint Treo 650 since Sprint is the only provider I know of that does not force you to buy data when you get the Treo as your phone.

And if you are talking about Sprint, they don't force you to buy a data plan with any of the pda phones (that I know of)..

To my knowledge, VZW doesn't force you to BUY a Dataplan. I never had to...

I was refering to the Cingular deal at the Buy.com site. Maybe I overlooked something.
Everyone seem to speak highly of the Mediaworks plan for $20.

So I am thinking of $179 Cingular (voice only 2 yr from Buy.com) andd then add the Mediaworks for $20. Any flaws?

I don't believe Media Works is still available. Many of us were grandfathered in with Media Works at $19.99 -- which as it turns out is a bargain.

MediaWorks? Is that the same thing as PCS Vision on Sprint? I'm confused by all these different names. Sounds like they cap the internet access. That's not cool. I dig my unlimited internet access for $7.80 a month.:D
