Calendar and appointments

Is there a way to show what exactly the appointment is instead you have a personal or private appointment at such a time. I don't want to go to calender and check each time.

not sure what you are asking...... you can have your calender event display on your screen that day without going to calendar.

Hit menu on the main screen, options, phone display and select calendar.

Sorry this old man does not often get his message accross. I set up appoints for doc's, meds etc. when it announces the appointment the screen says you have a appointment. i then have to go to calendar to see what the appointment. i want it to show me the appointment info on notify.

Hmmmn...I thought it did tell you what the appointment is. I went to the calendar page with the daily settings by hour. I placed a name in at one of the times and I get a notification with the name I put in. I use a 755p now but I believe the 650 worked the same way.

There are various applications that do address what you are looking for. One that excels is 2Day at www.shsh.com. In addition, launchers such as ZLauncher support today style plug-ins that display calender information. Datebook 6 also has this capability.
