Default "Call barring" password for Cingular Treo 650 GMS Phone

There is a feature called "call barring". In the manual and on the popups, it says the first password comes from cingular. I called cingular and they say they don't know what it is. Give me a break.

Why is this even on the phone, and talked about in the manual, if there is no unlock code?

Does anyone know or has anyone figured out what the Cingular password is for "call barring"?

    Thanks,

Does "call barring" block incoming calls or outgoing?

Default Call Barring password is called an "unlock code"

Spent close to an hour today with Cingular Wireless customer service trying to get a "call barring" password from them for my Palm Treo 650 so I can make international calls.

They had no clue for the longest time until I was bumped up the service chain and eventually was told that they don't use the "Call Barring" term at all. They calll it an "Unlock Code".
