call details not appearing

When I look at the call details of my incoming and outgoing calls, the only detail that shows up is the duration of the call. I used to have the name and number appear on the details but no longer.

Has anyone had this happen and if so, what needs to be done to correct it? Is it a setting somewhere that I can't find? Thanks a buttload.

My Sprint shows the date and name or number in the call log. When you select details it shows name, number , date, time and if it was roaming. I have no call duration option.
