    Default call log

    My Treo-650 is giving me a problem with the call log. When I go to the call log to look up numbers that are not part of my contact list and I press the call log buttom it automatically reset it self and I can't get any nymbers from the call log list.
    I can only go into to the call log list when I miss a few calls and it gives me the option of viewing the list. Does anyone knows how to fix such a problem?

    Welcome to ET forums esko! Are you using any 3rd party calling apps? The reason I am asking, I was beta testing an app and it seemed to corrupt my call log. Deleting anything in the call log database caused a major system crash.

    I would go ahead and try a hard reset if it were me . . .

    HI. I'm having a similar problem, only my call log sends the phone into "reset" mode on all attempts (not just ones for callers that are not in my contact list.) I am running several 3rd party applications, but have used them successfully for over a year (I'm a dinosaur--my phone is a Treo 600). The problem ***seemed*** to come into existence about the same time as the time change / patch download. The software I'm running, btw, is CHAPURA KEY SUITES since I am a MS Outlook Bus Contact Mgr user and needed to sync business contacts (not just personal contacts) in the phone. Also, I have done a reset several times. The minute I resync with Outlook I have the same problem with the call log.
