Can I get the Treo to read my emails to me?

I read an article in Macworld recently about someone creating an automator workflow to download emails to their ipod, then have it "read" back to them using one of those silly computer voices. I havent tried it, but thought it was potentially a cool idea.

Now the question is, since my email is already going into my Treo, is there any software that exists that can simply have the Treo read it back instead of transferring to an iPod? That would be really handy in the car.

I think the closest you'd get is with a combination of pSpeak and Speak.
