It's really good! The only thing is that the notes have to be downloaded? Can you make it like the meeting times so that they can be easily seen?

well, in our messages usually you want to take notes, if not fill in the blanks, so we wanted people to be able to download the notes to fill in, not just see what was going to be talked about. Thanks for the positive input.

I've put backdoor sites for the staff with agendas and events, but I can barely get them to use the sites, even though all of our pastors have Treos. no one appreciates good work these days...

I get it...ok, so that would make more sense to have it downloadable! What if you had something like "Secret Scripture of the Day" that was in the site. And you could create some kind of incentive for knowing what it is (maybe like a "leader board" in the hallway or something). This would be a good and fun way to gently encourage everyone to at least try to go to the site.
