| Have you showed the Sprint people exactly what the problem is? Don't do anything with the messages until you get to the store. Go through every step with them so they can see that there is a problem. If you do not have 1.13a firmware, they will probably want you to update. Have them do that for you there, so they cannot say you did it wrong. Then see if the problem still exists. If so, maybe they'll replace with another Treo.
