cannot put tom tom on Treo

I keep getting an error message saying the tom tom conduit is not in the syncing software and I need to drag it there. Well the install cd does not have a conduit in it. I did click the tom tom setup botton thats when i get error message. I check the conduit folder that was in library/palmos and below is a picture of what I see. As you see all the other conduits look different from the tom tom. BTW this is on a mac so I hope this applies to this forum.
