Yes and Local USB because I use a cradle.

Is the hot sync manager running on the task bar? What is your connection set at )right click hot sync manager) ? I believe it should be local usb.

Yes...I've made sure the hotsync is on.... I've plugged in the Cable straight....and i've changed the settings to Local USB....and still nothing.... I've even been to palm.com and tried all that

It's in your computer side. Maybe your computer has antivirus/firewall etc. I had this problem too. My office computer can not hotsync, but my home computer can do it. Just don't run any antivirus/firewall. Maybe this can help you

Still Nothin....This is getting frustrating...All i want to do is Add my Backed-up files since i did a hard reset

Have you been able to hot sync before now? If you have you need to search here on the procedures to copy your files to another program and reinstall palm desktop. Once you get it to sync move your files back to the correct folder and then sync again. (pc overwrites handheld in your hot sync manager)

The above is my suggestion only. I have never had a problem with syncing with the cable, have had to play with bluetooth to get it to work.

for some reason bluetooth and treo dont seem to work well at times eh plunker. Sebracer05 hand uin there we're trying to help you come up with a solution Its possible you may have a corrupted db somewhere in this mix.
