Hello - I am new to the site. Any help would be great!

I have followed the instructions to do the 650 Updater. I have done a hard reset, and when I am prompted to create a new user I have done so.

The problem I am having is getting through the installation process. When I run the updater install program, I get the prompt to select a user. However, when I try the drop down, the user I created is not there!

I have tried doing another hard reset and doing the hot sync again, but no luck. Any ideas?
