Card Info app freezes 650...???

When I try to use the Card Info. app it pulls up the "please wait" screen then stays that way til S/R. SD Card is SanDisk 256mb. The only 3rd party s'ware that I am running is Unistall Manager and Ringo (registered) and trials of Address XT, Resco Backup 1.35 and Spladh ID. I do have qutie a bit on the card... pics, MP3 clips for r' tones and my back up files... but it acted the same way when I had little on there.? It accesses the info. on the card just fine in all other apps (ringo ect) But doesn't like Card Info. for some reason!? Could the card itself be going bad? Thanks for any inupt ~ Joel
