Reply With Quoteit should have directions with the update...I think you need to install it to the treo to update the firmware not the card....be sure it is for your treo and your carrier.
cdma firmwareupdate-missing localization information error I have installed the cdma firmwareupdate.prc to sd card but keep getting "Launch error The application cannot be launched because it is missing localization information" when trying to run it.
A few times it also made my treo loop into a turn on/reboot mode.
I hope someone knows how to get this going.

The language file could not be found. Normally a hard reset restores the file to main memory.

I have the language file on the card with it but the language file is an .oprl is this right? I can open the language file with no problems from the card.
Couldn't say. The 650 update I did was a couple of years plus ago and there is not one laying around the house any more.
