    Default cingular branded UNLOCKED help.

    i have a cingular branded unlocked that i use for my tmobile service, my question is.. if i do a hard reset would this also lock it back to cingular? i'm just worried that if do hard reset i wont be able to use it on my tmobile anymore. any help would be appreciated.. thanks

    You're OK to hard reset. I can't remember the type of lock Cingular uses by name, but I know for sure that you're ok to hard reset. I am a T-Mobile customer with an unlocked Treo 650 from Cingular. Keep searching around and you'll find a customer ROM to get rid of the Cingular branding on your phone (splash screens & stuff) and make it an UNBRANDED unlocked 650!
