Copy Orange Back Up program to another Palm unit

There is a backup program (Back Up by Action Engine) on the Orange UK Treo 650 which allows me to backup Calendar, Contacts, Tasks etc. to an Orange server. I am able to do this using my BT connection with PC.

If I browse with Filez, I see the files to run the app are all listed with Creator ID: AEBA. I copied them all to another Treo (non Orange UK) but when I click on the icon (it shows on the application icons) something runs/blinks and then I am back to the main screen again.

Are there any other files needed to run this app as I would like to back this program up and reflash the firmware on the UK Treo unit (it is way out of warranty now so no comeback from Orange UK)? Thanks
