Default Cracked Digitizer

Hey everyone my digitizer is cracked. I have been searching for days on a way to replace it. I know I can purchase the digitizer on ebay however I wanted to know how to replace it first. Is there anyone that can tell me how to replace it or if it is possible to replace just the digitizer?

I have done many of these replacements and i can honestly say it is way easier to change the whole LCD with the digitizer.

The digitizer is attached to the LCD and nearly impossible to separate them without damaging one or both of them. At least in my experience with them.

Thanks for the help! That's dissappointing to hear but is what I expected. I just didn't want to fork over $50 for a screen when the digitizer is only 6 but oh well

It seems if the screen is cracked, that's the LCD. You can scratch the digitizer but not sure about cracking it. Anyway it is very easy to replace them together. Go to www.PDAParts.com and they have a video on how to replace. I hope this helped.
