crazy stuff been happening

for the past couple of weeks periodically my phone will just restart itself, sometimes I go to make a call or turn it on and when i press the green or red button nothing happens, I will have to do it for a couple of secs and the last thing is my screen will get blured where you can see some of the icons but it's mostly black w/ thin lines of color going through but once I hit the green dial button it goes again....any thoughts? I'm going to call sprint later but just wanted to put it out there.

Sounds like it's time for a replacement. The resets could be due to software, but with the screen behavior you described, it sounds like you have a more serious problem...
