daylight savings time (dst)

I am using a verizon treo 650 with lotus notes 6.5.3 and commontime 4.20 to synch calendar, mail, and contacts. I ran the Lotus Notes dst fix programs and the treo dst fix programs on Mar 11th. I am located in eastern US and use dst. I now find that all entries on my treo 650 calendar are 1 hour behind my lotus notes calendar. My Lotus Notes calendar has the correct dates and times. I have reran the Lotus fix programs and the palm dst fix. I have done a hard reset on the unit - yet it still shows my times as 1 hour behind. I thought after April 1st (normal dst change date) this wouldnt be an issue -- but it continues to be. Any suggestions?

Since the fixes did not work I would sync with lotus and have it override the treo. I do not use lotus and I am assuming you can sync with it.
