Deleting phone contacts
I had a problems with my Treo 650 from Verizon and got a repalcement which is working just fine. Before I send old one back, for my protection, I want to erase all contacts in my address book. Have mac OSX, How can I do do this w/out deleting each one manually? Does it involve resynching w/my computer,, or can I do it from my Treo alone?
Thanks

If you don't want any of the data from your old treo anymore, you can just perform a hard reset. PalmOne says:
"Warning: A hard reset will erase everything on your device. All your data will be removed, and formats, preferences and other settings are restored to their factory default settings. Don't perform a hard reset unless you've backed up your data, or you're willing to lose everything."
To see how a hard reset is performed go here: http://kb.palmone.com/SRVS/CGI-BIN/W...,Case=obj(887))
If you would like to back up everything on your treo, simply perform a hotsync with all the channels open and set-up to be backed-up.
Hope that helps :laugh3:
