    Default Disappearing Data in my 650...help

    Anyone else have this problem?

    I have had several appointments that I have scheduled in my calendar that magically disappear...which isn't good since I missed a conference call with 150 people last night.

    I have also entered contacts into my desktop and then, voila, they are gone.

    Anybody else deal with this issue??

    The only suggestion I can make would be to check how the conduits are set up to sync. For example, if you enter an appointment into your handheld and then sync, you want to be sure the system is set to syncronize all. If the conduit is set to Desktop Overwrites Handheld, that could be a problem.

    The conduits can be checked from your desktop. Right click the Hotsync icon and select "Custom". See what is there.
