| Documents to go trouble (HELP) Hi, I am in desperate need of help. Recently my palm restarted on me without notice. When I turned it back on everything was gone. It was as if it did a hard reset. Well I got home and installed everything in my backup folder on my desktop. Everything was back and working fine but all my documents from (Documents to go) were not there.
How do I get them back? I need thoes badly for work. Is there a special way to back thoes up or something? Someone please help. |

| Look in the Docs to Go program on your desktop and see if they are still in the program. If not, then you will need to add them back into there and do a sync. That will get them back for you.
Good thing about DTG, you can delete a doc from the Palm, but it is kept on your comp. |

As to the documents, have you tried looking at the backup history on your desktop? If nothing else, shouldn't the previous backups be in your recycle bin? You should be able to restore any old files in your recycle bin. Hope this helps.
