Documents To Go, Won't Go!!!

I was typing in a paper on Documents to go version 7. I saved my paper because I have read about the treo 650 randomly turning off and on. I recieved a call, hung up and tried to open the paper I was previously typing then the phone reset itself. After numerous attempts I gave up.

I proceeded to do the following (not in any order)

a. Soft reset phone
b. Send paper to my email
c. Delete saved paper
d. move files to sd card (512mb)
e. move files back to handheld
f. send all saved word files
g. delete all files
h. try to open a new file(this was followed by another reset)
i. delete the program
j. re install program and try again
k. Ask for help on Everything Treo!!

If anyone knows what to do at this point please help it will be gretly appreciated. Thanks

When you deleted DTG did your device work properly again?

Also, do you have the tool to move the DTG files to your card?

When I deleted DTG 7 It did not work, The way I move ites from my desktop to treo is the HotSync App.

An Hour Later,

After searching the dataviz website I have learned this happens quite often so they developed a program tto combat it. Its the dataviz repairer. I uploaded it from there site, deleted my temp memory and now DTG 7 works perfecftly.
