    Default download contacts to treo from my old sim card

    Hi,

    Can anyone help me in letting me know if i can download the contacts from my sim card to my treo 650?

    [This is the scenario: I have 2 sim cards. All my contact information is present in my primary sim card. Now i am using my second [new] sim. Every time i want to check some contact information.. i have to take off the second sim, insert my primary sim note down the num and then reinsert my second to dial that number... I hate this process. I want to know if i can store all my contact information and the messages from my old sim to my treo 650 and then use my new sim... is that possible? I think it is.. please let me know...thanks]

    Try this...

    Go to Contacts > Select Menu > Import Contact From SIM Card.

    Chris.... thanks for ur message. But, when I start my phone it opens my home screen with all the apps. Then I click on contacts. There are no contacts because I didnt save anything on this treo yet. Now, the available options are: Contacts and Options.

    When I click on 'Contacts' on top and the only available option is 'New'.
    When I click on 'Options', the ones that i can choose are:

    Contact options...
    Goodlink preferences...
    Help

    So... I am not seeing an option to download my contacts and messages from my old SIM card. Can you please help me... thanks...

    And when I go to SIM book, I can see all the contacts that are present in my SIM [But i want them in my phone]. When I click on SIM book the options that i have are:

    Modift FDN List and About SIM book [which is Palmone SIM book v 1.0]

    So... I am not seeing an option to download my contacts and messages from my old SIM card. Can you please help me... thanks...
