Does anyone know how to make the, usually green, indicator light flash differently or change when there is a new message? Perhaps there is a hack out there?

The application "Butler"--which does many useful things that ought to come standard on the Treo--will allow you to change the LED when you have a new message. You can change it to red, orange, or fast green. There are a few other LED adjustments that you can make as well. I'm really glad I have Butler.
