Empty the Address Book?

I need to clean out my 650's address book before I sell it. I hope there is a simple method for doing so, as I am not very sophisticated in this area.

Can someone tell me which Magic Buttons to press, or should I just expose the 650 to a very powerful magnet? ;>)

You can do a hard reset on the phone and it will erase your info. It will also erase any extra software on the phone.

Well, that depends on if it is GSM or CDMA. I have done little research about Treos, but I do know that the 600 came in both. I am quite sure that with GSM, the address book information is carried on the SIM card, so all you've gotta do is remove the sim card (should it be gsm). If it is CDMA, a hard reset will do.
