    Informative Endless Loop of Resets

My phone is going nuts!!!

I tried to sync (manual pull) my mail this morning with Chatteremail and it just started reseting itself and won't stop. It goes from the palmone screen, to the palm powered screen, then resets back to palmone and starts over. It's a vicious cycle that won't stop.

I finally pulled out the battery so it would stop. Please help!!!

OK, a Warm boot worked, but now I can't get the phone to turn on. Any ideas?

Does it happen with ChatterEmail checking the mail? Have you tried it with ChatterEmail not active? If it happens when ChatterEmail is not active, then I would look a bit further; if it happens with ChatterEmail active, you can attempt to restore an earlier copy of ChatterEmail and its index files and if that does not work, ChatterEmail and reinstall it. I would consider doing a complete backup first.

This is where device based backups with multiple backups comes in very handy.
