Is there a quick way to erase all the address book information on the Treo? I've noticed the "select all" doesn't work...

Why do I want to do this?
Yesterday I was playing around with syncronization options and settings (yes, everything was backed up!) when inadvertently I duplicated all my records... the records were duplicate on the palm, but were fine on my mac... I then proceeded to try everything imaginable to erase the records on the treo but nothing worked using the mark/space conduits.

The thing that finally worked was turning off the mark/space conduits and syncing with an empty palm desktop original address book with the "replace info on my treo" option selected. PITA... but worked.
