    Default Error message

Can anyone throw any light on the following error message. I get it quite frequently when attempting to access my e-mail. I have 4 address' installed

    VersaMail
    ERR[LOGIN DELAY]
Minimum time between mail checks violation

My Treo then takes ages (around 2/3 minutes) to cancel. During which period I can do nothing but wait because it behaves as if it has crashed.
    Thank you in advance
    George

It sounds like one of your providers has a limit on how often you can check for new e-mail. I would try increasing the time a little bit at a um... time, until you no longer get the error message.

That was my first reaction - except it can occur after many hours of non access. Additionally I can access sever times on the trot only seconds apart! Perhaps the Spanish Phone net is to blame (Vodafone). As an engineer I have searched for logic/patterns/set up but have found no cure. I can have days of OK then a week of problems. Thats life. I am particularly unimpressed with Palms FAQ's etc.
    Thanks
