Error Message...Help

I just received my treo 650 today from Cingular. I pop in the installation CD and I keep getting this message " Error 1327.invalid Drive E:/" And a message pops up stating that the PalmOne Installshield Wizard was interupted, please try again later.

Can anyone help me! :mad:

I have been waiting by the door all day to get my 650, and I can not get stated. Help

Hello Closer,

This is Kevin from Palm. Sounds like a drive designation issue. There's a Palm Knowledge Library article that may give you some clues. "'Error 1327 Invalid Drive C:\' (when installing Palm Desktop)" can be found here.
