OK JMD,
We've established that no one minds. Search these forums and see if the question has been answered elsewhere. If not, start a new thread and ask away!

i think filez software is very much essential
I am still getting use to my 650. I just purchased an expansion card, 512mg, and moving stuff to the card from Documents to Go.

Truoc,
TCPMP and Aeroplayer both have ogg playback. Both are free, although you do have to pay for aeroplayer if you want mp3 or aac playback. Aeroplayer has really good sound quality, but tcpmp is a must have for video and everything else.
You can find TCPMP in our downloads section.

The most essential file if you enter lots of data just might be Northglides "On Guard Backup".

Honolulu - 2,500 miles west of somewhere in the middle of nowhere, the land of Shakes. Kyoceria 6135, Treo 300, 600, 650, 700p, 700w, Centro & 800W, Touch Pro plus 3 other WM phones...
Some apps that I use on my Treo:
YourCall: for after call actions. While it is not always that I need to do something, the ability to schedule a person or write a note right after a call has helped me a lot.
TypeRight: basically a means of navigating your Treo without ever touching the screen. Comes in handy as well for switching between apps (just go from one app to another), or calling/SMSing folks.
Uninstall Manager, OnGuard, Cleanup
Card Export and Bluefiles (transfer file either via hotsync cable or over bluetooth)

I thought I'd try Mobileplay because Avantgo started to get shakey.
Nothing but misery both the beta and earlier version. More importantly, the maker provides NO HELP. No response to email. Automated 'thanks for joining' emails with dead links. Support page(s) with very limited FAQ's. Curious eh?
