Okay..two.. Snappermail: Rock solid email application
Pocket-Tunes Deluxe is AWESOME! I purchased it not too long after I bought the phone. I heard about it from one of the guys at AppForge (Palm based developer Environment). I will have to try out snappermail as I HATE VersaMail with a passion.

Apps on my Treo
Being a graphic Desinger for an investment banking firm I have alot of paid downtime. Since they took out the free wireless router network and Starbucks acroos the street moved. We had no way to use this down time. The Treo 650 saved my life. These are my apps:
Handmark Games (Chess, Checkers,Teris,Backgammon,Sol Free)(Battleship, Yats,Monopoly,Scrabble)
Spyhunter
Billards (Wonderful pool game)
Dir Asst (Mapquest app for Palm)
MM Player and Kinoma ( trying to see which is better at running videos)
MOBITV (Love It) (IF YOU HAVE AN UNLIMITED DATA PLAN YOU ARE CRAZY NOT TO GET THIS!) love it love it love it !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ereader ( bible , koran, torah, life of pi reading)
PTunes ( Later for the IPOD no charge and no change to your MP3 files)
Sound Rec
Config to link to jobs email
Veri Chat ( CHAT WITH ANYONE aol, msn, icq, yahoo)
Y Mail (sends all yahoo mail to your phone)
Real Player ( wish I could delete it )
Light Wav ( newest app difficult to assign tunes for each caller-caller id is used through Treo) but great at converting mp3 to tunes that can be saved in rom police siren as default
Treo Palm Bluetooth Wireless 650 headset
2mm Converter attachement for my headphones
1 gig Sd Cards (a card each for music, videos/movies)
Kinoma lowest bitrate is best for copying entire movies to watch on your palm.
if there are any questions or help needed please feel free to contact me. I love this site and willing to help anyway.
looking to find the best texas holdem or poker game. Graphics is a must! any suggestions. If plam could move a Treo inside of a PSP I would ....... spend my kids college fund.

Takephone: awesome fast way of finding contacts and dialing them. Way better than CONTACTS
Volumecare: turn up the volume
Xiino: Faster than Blazer by far, but doesn't format webpage correctly and freezes occasionally. Blazer is slower but lines up columns correctly
DateBK5: Floating appointments are the best. Like a Todo, but shows up at a specific time and day.
StopDIM: The LCD display stays lit until you hang up phone call.
Snappermail: Best email POP/SMTP app period.

my fav apps that i just can't do without:
zlauncher
hi-launcher
datebk5
pocket tunes
tcpmp
plucker
quicknews
(*not in any specific order  )
as for games, i'm loving sudoku at present

Go into contact details and it will let you change the displayed name.

I keep looking at Pocket Tunes but I keep thinking Why do I need it when I have an iPod .
I would say a non-fun essential would be BackUpBuddy. For fun, Bejeweled 2 is essensial to me
