Essential Apps...

i'm running the following:

Butler (mostly for the alarms and the text message lock and erase)
Dir Assist (because i hate having to call 411 all the time)
Documents to go (just because it was free on my install cd)
Dope Wars (only the single greatest game ever)
FilePC2pda (for those days i forget my card reader and need to transfer somethign back and forth)
FilZ (for cleaning up loose ends)
Mobipocket Reader (i can keep all of my church books on there)
mRing (gotta have my custom Pink Floyd Ringtones)
Radio Control (because i hate having to turn the phone on every time i reboot)
Smart Eye Trainer (just a counting game, but i like it)
Spades
Sudoku (because i like thinking games and it impresses my wife when i can figure one out)
TCPMP (because sometimes you just needs a Simpson's episode or a movie)
Thumb Scan (because it's funny to see people's reactions when i have it on)
Today (shows me my calendar for the day and gives me shortcuts and i had to have something open source on there)
Tuner (for when i can't find my real guitar tuner)


Does anyone know of any music playing software that plays .ogg i'm trying to get away from mp3 just so i can be more of an uber nerd. I couldn't find anything on it from mmplayer's or ptunes website. I know TCPMP does, but it's not as fancy.

I can't live without MobileClock. I love the feature where it wakes you up in the morning or any alarm for that matter with my favorite song.....

Can't go to sleep without PTunes....what is really nice about this program is that you can set the play time.

yes i mean other than versamail. im having problems getting more new msgs. i cant delete any of them because i keep them for my records. so i guess the mailbox ran out of room? ...

Yes, with VersaMail, your space is limited. You'll need to look at an app like Snapper or Chatter, which can save your mail on the card if you're going to be keeping archives. Looks like you'll have to pay.
