Exchange Activesync Versamail reset

I have a Treo 650 on the Altell network running on version 1.04 and using Versamail Activesync that sync's to a 2003 Exchange server running SP2. All of my messages will sync fine the 1st time, but when I go back into Versamail to read message the Treo will do a soft reset.

Being it works fine before I do the 1st sync I'm thinking it's downloading something from exchange that is causing this. But WHAT??? I click on Versamail and the messages display for about 1 second then it resets. It appears that everything synced successfully but I cannot read them, because the unit will reboot. I have tried several different uses and profiles and the same results will all of them.

I also tried deleting the files that Palm suggested on there site, and followed all of thier troubleshooting suggestions but I still have the problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

I had this happen a few times and it seemed to work itself out. Something that you might be able to try, if you are using VersaMail on multiple accounts, is to swtich the order of the accounts and then see if that would make a difference. There could be some file corruption in the AirSam piece (the part that connects to the Exchange network) that could be causing the issue and doing that could fix it.
