    it is for personal info like my phone # or something , and memory card right?

    Your phone came with a blank piece of plastic to fit in the slot where you would insert an expansion card. Is that what you lost? Slot on top of phone?

    All that was was a little place holder until you get a real SD card. It's worthless, other than keeping dust out of your Treo.
