Finding IMEI in ROM or Software ??

I am about to purchase a used Treo 650.
I know that the IMEI is printed on the sticker in the battery compartment.
I also need to double check and would lke to know how can I find the IMEI in the phone software itself?
Do I press a sequence of keys or go into a menu or something?

Not sure. When I select Menu > Options > Phone Info, the IMEI is listed but the field is blank.

I don't even have it listed. In order this is what I get:

phone number
verizon username
esn
software
hardware
hs ns
prl rev
pri checksum

What is it?
