Good Project Management Software for my 650?
Howdy,
I own a small business (Screen Printing), and I'm trying to incorporate my Treo 650 more into my organization, but the current tools just don't cut it. The Tasks, Calendar, and Memos tools just don't work together in a way that I'd like to see them work.
I'm looking for recommendations of good Project Management or overall Organization software for my 650. I'd like something where I can put a job in and track it using tasks and calendars from the same area, and alot more.
I know this is somewhat vague, but I know someone has to know what I'm looking for. I've heard alot about Agendus, but not sure if that is really what I need. I'll give the trial version a test run and see what it's like.

I recently tried Agendus and found that it did horrendous things to both my desktop and Treo. The concept is wonderful, but implementation left much to be desired.
Others really like it, so give it a try.
I recently read a book called TOTAL WORKDAY CONTROL USING MICROSOFT OUTLOOK, by Michael Linenberger, and have found that my Treo integrates nicely with what this suggests, using just the native programs. That might help you a bit, as he gives some sound advice on managing projects. FWIW

I'm going to give Agendus a try to see if it will help me out. I've also just downloaded the trial of Shadow Plan. Does anyone have any experience with Shadow Plan?
I'm really looking for tool that intergrates everything and will allow me to organize jobs easily to ensure that all the checks and balances are good and everything is getting done.
Thanks,
Scott

Christopher,
I think I'm definitely going to check out that book (TOTAL WORKDAY CONTROL USING MICROSOFT OUTLOOK). I'm currently using the Palm Desktop utility, so I'll have to convert over the Outlook if I decide that the process will work for me and meet my needs.
Thanks,
Scott

I hope it's helpful for you. The book has made me realize that new software wasn't the solution to my organizational problems--the tools I already had would work fine--but I needed to change the way I was using what I already had.
Hopefully you'll find something of use in it. Again, Agendus looked pretty neat - I just couldn't get it to play nice on my setup!
