Mobi systems caused major install issues and very unstable. this is the mini office suite with word, spread sheat, database, mail and all. Newpen worked horible and uninstalled, but perhaps because I was afraid to remove the screen protector. Getting very comfortable with just using key pad. Looking for program to move icons around in different order. Overall Phone is a dream. new to sprint and love the free unlimited internet and e-mail. haven't set up e-mail. afraid of all the hundreds of junk mail clutterting cell phone. Awaiting delivery of blutooth GPS and Earpiece. All and all, I love my new TReo 650. It has the softest screen protector I have ever kissed - :-0 !! :-)
