Is there a software package that you can buy and/or a web service that you
can subscribe to that will allow you to track your GPS enabled Alltel phone?
I know that there is something like this for Nextel, but, was not sure
about Alltel.

Do you mean tracking a GPS reciever, from some place other than the GPSs location? Like a james bond thing? I always was wondering about that. See what my girlfriend is up to, and where she's been.

I haven't heard of anything for Alltel. There is a service for Sprint and as you've already mentioned at least 2 for Nextel.
