Graffiti on Treo

I have an old Palm Vx and just bought the Treo 650. Two questions:

1. can I use the stylus to write (i.e. Grafiti style) in the calendar

2. do you know the fastest way to transfer my data from my Palm Vx to my Treo 650?

There are a couple of programs that will allow you to "write anywhere" Graffiti on the screen of your Treo.
