Default Hard Reset - Delete everything?

I am selling my Verizon Treo 650. Just got a Cingular Treo 650.
I want to wipe it out totally. Clear minutes used, call logs, everything.

After a HARD RESET, is there any info left at all like minutes used? Or will it be factory fresh.

I'm no expert, but I would figure that you need more than a hard reset to clear the minutes used.

Your personal data will be wiped out. However the total minutes used for the phone (aka life timer) will be retained. You can view these (on Verizon) by entering #*#786 in the default phone app.

    Thanks for the #*#786 Kreth.
After hard reset, it still shows some info like minutes used.
Verizon told me to do a ZERO RESET that wipes out everything.
    Including any timers and everything.

    Directions:
attach hotsync cable, hold the 5 way up, hold power, and hold hotsync button on cable all at same time. THen press reset button underneath. Takes 2 people to do this.

Phone will blank out for up tp 10 minutes and then come back on again.

Treo 650 will be factory fresh after this.

I'll try it later and report back.

    Default Resetting minutes

The life minutes would be useful hardware information for someone getting a used phone. I’m not sure that usage data gives away any personal information that can’t be passed along. Anyone doing a half way job of refurbishing the phone will reset it in the process.
