i am having major problems with a shady 3rd party/aftermarket program, and i had to do a hard reset to get my phone wokring again (hopefull). however, i do the hard reset, then sync it up to my computer, and the program gets back onto my phone!!1
how do you access the programs that are in your palm desktop to take them out of there?? i mean i have hotsynced my phone more recently than that program was even installed on it, i don't know why that program has not become history by now, where was it lingering?

Read it to find out how to not load the previous files back.
Open your Palm Desktop software,,,click on "hotsync" at the top of the page,,,and the click "custom",,,scroll down and highlight the offending application,,,and click the "change" button,,,choose "do nothing.
From that point on, it won't get installed agin
