    From what I've found, it looks like the Cardo Scala 500 is hearing aid friendly.

    I found the following the the description of the product at http://www.barrproductions.com/headsets.html.

    This hearing aid friendly wireless headset give you hands-free communication options while on the go! Works with BTE, ITE, and CIC hearing aids. Some ITE hearing aids may feed back due to the gain in the hearing aid. Works best with the open fitted hearing aids. The SCALA provides loud clear sound that works with your hearing aid. Uses the volume control of the cell phone and its own built-in volume control. Does not require or interface with T-coils in the hearing aid. (Not hearing aid compatible.)
