help. my buttons dont work

hey, im new to this. i just bought my treo 650 two weeks ago and i dropped it about a week ago, and now my buttons dont work. eg. i can use the touchscreen, makes calls, etc, but when i try to type anything, nothing works, i cant use the call button, im only able to use the power button to turn it out of screensaver mode, and the center button.

how can i fix this? do you think that its a software conflict? like im installing lots of software on it, and stuff. im really close to doing a zero reset. thanks...

update.. sometimes everything works for a min, then i let it go to screensaver or blackscreen, and its back to not working.

Hard reset should be good enough.

I've dropped mine several times. The battery came out, so did the stylus and it has several scratches; but never anything like that. It was either defective or you must have dropped it really hard.
