HELP! Trying to download program

I am trying to download a medical program called epocrates on my treo 650 but everything time I try it says:

"A valid handheld installation was not found.....set up will not continue"

I have tried connecting the treo to my laptop with the connection cable and hotsync but that also doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated!!!
