    Default HELP with hot sync

    Bought a used unlocked 650 on ebay. Everytime I try to use the hotsync function, I down load previous user's messages. I have gone to palm desktop and deleted him as user but recreates his profile everytime I hotsync. I tried a hard reset but again his profile appears as soon as I hot sync. How to I erase everything to keep this from happening? Thanks!

    Use windows explorer and go into palm then the backup folder look for his user name and delete the folder. If you don't want anything from that user.

    The floders may be in a different order it has been a while for me.
