help with treo 650 plz

i need to know how an what programs i need to get for songs on my pc to my treo phone any help would be very much appreciated

you can put the songs on your SD card, and real player that is on your phone should play them.
There are other music players out there like ptunes which is much better than real player as well.

i have a card reader, so i just pop the card in the computer and i just copy the music files to the card.

The card reader solution is the one of choice. Via the cable or Bluethooth is time consuming with large files. Ben

well got it figured out now but i also had a problem where i had to do a hard reset on it an now it tells me after i have charged the pohone over night its telling me that my battery is almost empty an shuts off why is this doing this

Try a soft reset with it plugged in and just let it sit for a while. Batteries do though go bad. Ben

what is a soft reset an also even when battery is not in phone an phone is on charger it still says almost empty an shuts off in 30 secs

A soft reset is done by taking off the battery cover and there is a small hole/ reset next to the battery. Use your stylus to press it in and release and the phone will do a soft reset. Your dta and programs are still there but it could correct your problem according to Ben. (who knows his stuff about treos)
