Default Hot Sync over the Web

Hi, I'm about to buy the Treo 650, but I'm not sure if I would be able to make a HotSync over the web. As a Wedding Photographer I'm always on the go, I recieve many calls to my cell phone to make appoinments so I'm planning to do so on my new palm. The problem is that my secretary is recieving phone calls at the office to also make appoinments so, She has to be calling me to check if I've taken the specific date before she can give it to the customer as available or vice-versa.. I have to call her to check the date if I'm the one recieving the call. I would like to resolve that matter by synchronizing over the web to my calendar on outlook and that both, my office PC and my Palm have the same info even if I'm on location. Thanks for any reply.

There are probably a few ways to accomplish what you want.

    1. Online Calendars that sync with your Treo.
    2. Network Hotsync - this would require your Treo to be able to access the computer that has the hotsync and Outlook software installed.
    3. 3rd party Outlook syncing solution

      • Sproqit
      • Carrier specific, such as Sprint's Business Connection or Verizon's Wireless Sync
