Dear Gurus,
I have a nightmare that I can't get resolved after many attempts.
Issue:
Treo 650
As soon as I try to sync, the Hotsync soft starts on both sides BUT
after 5 sec when it reaches the 'Sync Conduit Turnkey', my Treo reboots
and HotSync log tells me 'connection lost' and that's it
I have done
* The hard reset
* Rename my profile (Renaming the backup folder as well
* Re-installed the Hotsync program on my PC
I can't find what's wrong....:frown:
any idea or suggestions

Alex,
I'm not familiar with the Turnkey conduit. Is this for a 3rd-party app? If so, try disabling it and see if you can complete a Hotsync. You can do this by right-clicking on the Hotsync Manager icon in the system tray, clicking Custom, then changing the action for that conduit to "Do nothing."

Hi Alex,
Did you ever solve this? I have the same problem. I've tried the steps that you did. My problems started after I upgrade to Outlook 2007 and installed the Outlook 2007 sync update.
